WHAT THE HELL IS THAT AND WHY IS IT IN MY BACK YARD?

So you tell me:

Omen? Allegory? Sign? Prophesy? Divination? Foretelling? Stalker?

Not sure what to do when (i assume it is) a deer heart is placed in one's yard.

Now i couldn't find anything about deer hearts in particular but the deer has some good symbolism about her:
